BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

 

Modern businesses, of all types, use administrative officers to help with the day to day running and they perform a variety of tasks, such as:

  • Maintaining records
  • Handling stock or finances
  • Dealing with customers
  • Liaising with staff

This course provides the skills and knowledge necessary to operate in a variety of office roles, ranging from support to office management.

Available at all levels from 1-3 this qualification is aimed at both TFS trainees and apprentices at levels 1 & 2 and progressing apprentices at level 3.

We place TFS trainees and find apprenticeships with local employers, as far as possible. Currently we have ongoing business with local employers such as Bunzl in Larne, Gray & Adams in Newtownabbey and Montracon in Mallusk.
